  3. Hold the package at a local facility for pickup

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Boutique Olive Grove is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Product Care During Transit

The Boutique Olive Grove products are carefully packaged to maintain quality during shipping. We use protective materials suitable for the product type and shipping conditions. However, please note:

  • Olive oils and specialty products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures
  • We are not liable for temperature-related issues caused by carrier delays beyond our control
  • Products are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards

Customs & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • Some countries may have restrictions on food imports
  • Boutique Olive Grove is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by destination countries

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (for certain products or shipping methods)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (availability varies)
  • Locations where courier services are unavailable

Carrier Liability & Lost/Damaged Shipments

Boutique Olive Grove's Commitment: While we take every precaution in packaging your order, the shipment is handled by independent third-party courier services once it leaves our facility.

In Case of Issues:

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as lost or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a claim.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive damaged products, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund. Photos of the damage to the goods/packaging must be emailed to virginolivessa@gmail as soon as possible and must be accompanied with a written complaint by the customer.

Carrier Responsibility: Third-party shipping carriers are responsible for packages once they are in transit. While we will assist in resolving any shipping issues, claims for lost or damaged items during transit are ultimately subject to the carrier's policies and investigation process.

Insurance: We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for high-value orders. Insurance claims are processed through the carrier and may take 7-14 business days to resolve.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Boutique Olive Grove is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Customs processing delays
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
  • Failed delivery attempts when recipient is unavailable
  • Force majeure events

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable:

  • Return shipping fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply
  • Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs and applicable fees
