Hand Picked Organic Green Olives — Boutique Olive Grove, Aberdeen

These are not supermarket olives. Every single one is hand-picked from our grove in Aberdeen, in the Karoo — harvested while still green, before the fruit has ripened to black, when the flavour is at its crispest and most vibrant.

Our Green Mission olives are naturally cured using traditional methods — no shortcuts, no artificial preservatives. What you get is a clean, fresh olive with a lively bite: slightly bitter, bright, and full of character. The kind of olive that wakes up a board and holds its own alongside strong cheese or cured meats.

Grown on the same trees we planted 19 years ago. Picked by hand. Cured the old way.

Serving suggestions:
Perfect on a charcuterie board, alongside strong cheese, stuffed with feta or peppers, tossed through a fresh salad, or served with drinks before a meal.
